Big Girl Bike!

We brought Lily's tricycle to Grammy & Bumpa's house with us. It's been so hot, she hasn't had much of a chance to ride it this summer. But there is a nice, safe cul-de-sac at their house to ride in. Imagine our surprise when she got on and her bike was too small!

Luckily, Bumpa had told Lily a year ago that when she got to big for her little bike, he would get her a new one. For the past year, every. single. time. we have been in a store that has big kid bicycles, Lily tells me about that. So when Bumpa got home from work that day, she informed him that her bike was too small and "You should get me a bigger one. 'Cause my legs are groooowing!"

Good thing for Lily that Bumpa thinks she's irresistible!
