Best $3 I ever spent...

Back in the fall, Lily & I went to a giant kids' consignment sale at the fairgrounds. It was fun, even though I didn't find much of what I was trying to get for "baby sister". Instead, I found a couple of toys for Lily, and a few dresses. One of which immediately became known as Lily's "fancy dress". Except she doesn't just wear it when she's feeling fancy. She wears it at least twice a week, or as often as I wash it. It's appropriate for all kinds of activities...

It's her favorite article of clothing - I believe she'd wear it every day and sleep in it too if she could. She picks it out on days that we have somewhere special to go, and on days when she knows we're just staying at home.

I dread the day that she outgrows it - she may never recover!
